Mercy Meals Members of the parish, led by the Altar Guild, offer to serve a "mercy meal" after the funeral for members of the parish. This mercy meal usually is served in the parish hall or lower hall depending on size, need, and other parish activities. Other than the main entrée, there is no charge to the family, but most families will make a financial donation of their choosing to the Altar Guild. |
